FROM I-24 

1.  Take exit 80 (and turn left if you're coming from Nashville, if you're coming Manchester you'll turn right)  to New Salem Hwy. 

2. Drive 0.8 miles and turn right onto Middle Tennessee Blvd. 

3. Drive 2.3 miles and turn right into the Kroger Shopping Center. ACT Wellness is located between CSL Plasma and Metro PCS.
